Business Development & Membership Manager
Downtown Atlanta Inc. is seeking its next Business Development & Membership Manager to lead the organization's membership, sponsorship, and business development efforts while strengthening relationships with the businesses, institutions, and partners that make Downtown Atlanta thrive. Working closely with the Vice President of Communications & Engagement, this role serves as the primary point of contact for members, oversees membership growth and retention strategies, supports Board governance, and manages sponsorship fulfillment, grant administration, and member engagement initiatives. The Business Development & Membership Manager is a collaborative relationship builder, strategic communicator, and trusted ambassador who helps cultivate a strong and connected Downtown Atlanta community through meaningful partnerships and exceptional member service.
